Deposit/Balance Due
1 Night: Full amount at time of booking
2 Nights or more: 50% deposit at time of booking, balance due 14 days before scheduled arrival date

Cancellations
If you cancel 15 or more days before the scheduled arrival date there is a $50 cancellation fee.

If you cancel 14 days or less before the scheduled arrival date we will refund your payment minus a $50 cancellation fee only if we re-book the cabin.

We are unable to issue a refund for “no-shows”, late arrivals or early departures from reserved dates. Inclement weather, natural disasters or a change in itinerary are not valid reasons for cancellation or early departure.
